By registering with Smart Villeges Membership, you agree to follow the rules, policies, membership terms and platform guidelines mentioned below.
1. Membership Registration
The applicant must provide correct personal, contact and identity details during registration. Any false or misleading information may lead to rejection, suspension or termination of membership.
2. Membership Approval
Registration does not guarantee automatic approval. Smart Villeges Membership reserves the right to verify documents, payment details and eligibility before activating the membership account.
3. Identity & Address Proof
Members must submit valid identity and address proof such as PAN Card, Aadhaar Card or other required documents. Uploaded documents must be clear, valid and belong to the applicant.
4. Membership Package
The selected membership package will be valid according to its duration, benefits and terms. Package price, validity and benefits may vary as per company policy.
5. Payment Terms
Membership payment must be completed through approved payment methods only. Payment confirmation may be subject to verification by the company or admin team.
6. Referral & Income Benefits
Referral, reward, commission or income benefits will be calculated only as per the official company plan and eligibility rules. No member should make false income promises to others.
7. Real Estate Benefits
Any real estate related benefit, discount, reward or offer will depend on project availability, company policy, legal approval and applicable terms at the time of purchase.
8. Account Security
Members are responsible for keeping their login details secure. Smart Villeges Membership will not be responsible for loss caused by sharing passwords, OTPs or account access with others.
9. KYC & Bank Verification
Withdrawal, wallet or benefit related services may require approved KYC and bank details. Incorrect bank or KYC details may delay or reject payouts.
10. Suspension / Termination
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in fraud, misuse, duplicate registration, fake documents, policy violation or illegal activity.
11. Policy Changes
Smart Villeges Membership may update membership plans, benefits, charges, rules and policies from time to time. Members are advised to check updated terms regularly.
12. Agreement
By clicking on 'I agree to the Terms & Conditions', the applicant confirms that all provided details are true and that they accept all terms, conditions and company policies.
